The drug "Alabukun" was invented by Chief Jacob Sogboyega Odulate (1884–1962), aka Blessed Jacob; a Nigerian pharmacist, inventor, essayist and entrepreneur.

The  antiproliferative Alabukun powder proved that it works by preventing the production of platelet aggregation and inhibits adenosine in the body. These processes reduce pain and allows the user to breath better through stimulation of the brain and heart. 

It's possible side effects if not properly used include: swelling as a result of fluid accumulation, vomiting, asthma, nausea and vertigo.

Acetysalicylic acid
ASA also known as Aspirin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It  is used to reduce fever and relieve mild to moderate pain from conditions such as muscle aches, toothaches, common cold, and headaches. It can also be used in the reduction of pain and swelling in conditions such as arthritis. Your doctor may direct you to take a low dose of aspirin to prevent blood clots. This effect minimizes the risk of stroke and heart attack. If you have recently had surgery on congested arteries (such as bypass surgery, carotid endarterectomy, coronary stent), you may be directed by your doctor to use aspirin in low doses as a blood thinner to prevent blood clots.
Caffeine
Caffeine also known as Methyltheobromine is a natural chemical with antidepressant effects. It can be found in coffee, tea, cola, cocoa, guarana, yerba mate, and in quite a number of other beverage products. It works by stimulating the central nervous system, heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure. Caffeine can raise blood pressure, but might not have this effect in people who use it all the time. 

NSAIDs

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are medicines conventionally known to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and reduce high temperature conditions.

These medicines are  used to relieve symptoms of headaches, menstrual cramps, dislocations, colds and flu, arthritis, and other causes of long-term pain. Other examples of NSAIDs include; Paracetamol (acetaminophen), ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac, celecoxib, mefenamic acid, etoricoxib, indomethacin.

Consult your doctor for proper use of these drugs. Eat good food, drink alot of water and take a fruit each day.
